Following our 50th reunion last year, many people expressed an interest in not waiting until our 55th to get together again. With that in mind, some conversation has taken place among classmates on Facebook regarding planning a 65@70 Birthday Bash in the Carolinas in the Fall of 2017. I'm willing to organize a gathering in the Charlotte, NC area and Rita Rolls Beirne has offered to help with organizing something in the Charleston, SC area. We could do one or the other location or BOTH. It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive from one area to the other, so we could plan events in both places over several days. It's not too soon to start thinking about this, so please contact me to let me know if you'd be interested in attending and which area you'd prefer... or if you'd be willing to go to both areas.
